To make an exchange or return, write to us using the contact form located on the site. Mark in the title: exchange/return and your order number (this will make our job much easier and thus speed up the whole process). Also, please specify what size you want the exchange to take place (we need to check availability, possibly reserve the item for you).
If this is a return, we would be super nice if you provide the reason (we want to be able to keep improving our products).
